How We Make It – Pure, the Traditional Way
We use the bilona method, an ancient Indian/Pakistani technique trusted for centuries. Here’s what makes our process different and more valuable:
Fresh Milk Collection – We start by collecting fresh, hormone-free milk from grass-fed cows and buffaloes from local farms.
Natural Curd Formation – The milk is boiled and naturally cooled to form curd (dahi) without any added chemicals or shortcuts.
Hand Churning (Bilona) – The curd is churned using traditional wooden churners to extract white butter (makhan).
Slow Simmering on Fire – The butter is then cooked slowly on a low flame over wood fire until it turns into golden ghee, releasing its natural aroma and nutrients.
Filtered & Packed Fresh – Once ready, the ghee is carefully filtered and packed in hygienic, airtight containers — no preservatives, no additives.
