Hafiz Desi Ghee, the process starts with the fresh milking of healthy cows or buffaloes, ensuring clean, high-quality milk. This milk is then poured into clay pots, where it is allowed to naturally ferment and turn into thick, creamy curd. Once the curd is ready, it is churned using traditional wooden churners (mathani) to extract white butter. This freshly made butter is then simmered on a wood-fired flame over low heat, a slow-cooking method that brings out the ghee’s natural golden color and rich aroma.
